Local Attractions - Festivals

The area surrounding Penlan Bach has festivals year round. Starting with Crickhowell Walking Festival in early March, when over 70 guided walks take place over nine days, and following on with Crickhowell Choral festival in early May.



The Hay Literary Festival is next at the end of May when guest speakers from across the world entertain in Hay on Wye. The Royal Welsh Show is always held during July at nearby Builth Wells, but closer to home we have The Green Man Festival at nearby Glanusk Estate in Crickhowell in early August.


Next comes Brecon Jazz Festival in Mid August, and then the famous Abergavenny Food Festival in September.
