| Penlan Bach has its own private entrance hall leading directly from the car parking area, and the stairs have a stair lift. The large kitchen diner is well equipped for four, with an electric cooker, microwave, iron, vacuum, fridge freezer and automatic washer. There is ample storage space and work surfaces, and plenty of tableware, glassware and linen. The door from the kitchen leads out onto a large balcony and stairs leading down to the garden. The balcony benefits from morning and late afternoon sun and makes a perfect place for a late breakfast or early evening drink. |

| Both bedrooms at Penlan Bach have twin beds with lots of comfy pillows and feather duvets. There is ample drawer and cupboard space, and each room has a clock radio and hairdryer. One bedroom has an en suite shower room. |

| The large cosy sitting room, with extensive views down the Usk Valley to the Sugar Loaf Mountain, has a comfortable three piece suite and an LCD television. The book case is full of books and games, as well as O.S. maps and local tourism information. A radio cassette player with cassettes, a CD player with CDs and a DVD player and DVDs are also provided. |
